Incorrect Address Responsibility / Shipping Address Verification

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. During checkout, customers are required to confirm that the shipping address entered is accurate, complete, and fully verified before the order is submitted.

This confirmation is required because many delivery issues occur due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Examples of incorrect or incomplete addresses include:

  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Incorrect or missing street address
  • Wrong city, state, or ZIP code
  • Missing building number or other required delivery details

All orders are processed and shipped the same day or next business day. Because of this fast processing time, it is extremely important that your shipping information is correct when your order is placed.

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

If you notice an address issue after placing your order, please contact us immediately. In many cases, the shipping carrier or post office may still be able to assist with an address correction if the request is made quickly. Waiting days or weeks to report an incorrect address greatly reduces the chances of successfully correcting or recovering the package.
