How do I track my order?

Order updates and tracking information are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you entered the wrong email, simply contact us and we'll update it for you. 

When does my order ship out?

Orders ship to the post office the next day after you place your order. Arrives in 5-9 days ESTIMATED delivery.

How do I start a return?

Please submit a return request form, and our team will reach out with instructions on how to proceed. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

We receive a high volume of emails daily, but we do our best to respond to all inquiries the same day. If our response is delayed and the 14-day return window passes while you're waiting to hear back from us, we’ll extend your return eligibility to ensure you still have time to complete the process.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations may be requested, but you must contact us on the SAME day your order is placed. Orders are packaged and processed quickly, often the same day and, in some cases, the following day. If you reach out the next day, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled, as it may already be processed or prepared for shipment.

How should I wash my clothing?
Wash in cold water and tumble dry on low/cold to help maintain the fit and quality of your garment.
