Return Instructios

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Once the item is delivered, customers have 7 days to request and complete a return.

To request a return, please complete the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• The name used on the order
• The item and size you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive further return instructions, including the correct return address/location. Please do not ship returns to any address you believe may be correct unless instructed by us directly.

Before shipping your return, customers must:

• Take clear photos of the item(s) being returned
• Keep note of the return tracking number

Items must be:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• In original condition
• Returned with original tags attached

Please package all returns securely to prevent damage during transit.

Once your return is received refund will be issued to your original payment method 

If you received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item received so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
