Shipping Address Verification & Customer Responsibility
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. During checkout, customers are required to check a confirmation box stating that the shipping address entered is correct and has been fully double-checked before the order is submitted.
We include this confirmation because many shipping issues are caused by customers entering incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Examples of incorrect or incomplete addresses include:

Missing building number or other required delivery details
All orders are processed and shipped the same day or next business day. Because of this, it is extremely important that your address is accurate at checkout.
The customer is fully responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
If you notice an address mistake shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately. In some cases, if the package was shipped within the last few days, we may still be able to request an address correction through the shipping carrier or post office. However, this is not guaranteed and must be requested as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email showing the exact address the package is being sent to. This serves as a second confirmation of the delivery address on file.
After a package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver to the address provided at checkout. At that point, any delivery changes or rerouting requests must be handled directly with the carrier.
