If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships. However, once the package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver based on the address provided. At that point, you will need to contact the carrier directly to request any changes.
